Mary Elizabeth+ was born in 1768 in Goochland, VA. Mary Elizabeth+'s father was John+ Holcombe and her mother is Elizabeth May+ Oxford. Her paternal grandparents were John+ Holcombe and Elizabeth+ Lawrence; her maternal grandparents were Samuel+ Oxford and Mary Ann Brown. She had three brothers named Abner, John Grymes and May. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 70 on March 18th, 1838 in NC.General Notes
