Roger De was born about 1061. Roger De's father was Robert Guiscard De+ Hauteville and his mother was Sikelgaite De+ Salerno. His paternal grandparents were Tancrede De+ Hauteville and Fredesenda Of+ Normandy; his maternal grandparents were Guaimar IV Di+ Salerno and Porpora Of+ Tabellaria. He had three sisters named Sybille De+, Mathilde De+ and Mabille De. He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Boemond I De+ and Heria De. He died on February 22nd, 1112.-
