Ulrich III Von was born about 1310. Ulrich III Von's father was Ulrich II Von Hanau and his mother was Agnes Zu Hohenlohe. His maternal grandparents were Kraft I Zu Hohenlohe and Margareta Von Truhendingen. He had two sisters named Elizabeth Von and Adelheid Von. He was the oldest of the three children.
