Simon Hadley 
Simon was born on March 5th, 1737 in Mill Creek Hundred, Newcastle Co., DE. Simon's father was Joshua Hadley and his mother was Patience Brown. His paternal grandfather was Simon Hadley and his paternal grandmother is Ruth Kernan Miller; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Brown and Mary Royall. He had a brother named Jeremiah. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 66 on March 24th, 1803 in Yadkinville, NC.General Notes
