Guillaume De was born about 1070 in Grandmesnil Calvados, Normandy, France. Guillaume De's father was Hugues De+ Grandmesnil and his mother was Adelais De+ Beaumont-Sur-Oise. His paternal grandparents were Robert I De+ Grandmesnil and Havoise+ Giroie-Echauffour; his maternal grandfather was Yves II De+ Beaumont-Sur-Oise and his maternal grandmother is Emma+ X. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Yves De, Robert II De+, Agnes De+, Rohese De+ and Adelise De. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died in 1114.General Notes
