Marie Adelaide De was born on March 1st, 1701 in Versailles, France. Marie Adelaide De's father was Antoine V De Gramont and her mother was Marie Christine De Noailles. Her paternal grandparents were Antoine IV De Gramont and Marie Charlotte De Castelnau; her maternal grandparents were Anne Jules De Noailles and Marie Francoise De Bournonville. She had two brothers and a sister, named Louis De, Antoine VI De and Catherine Charlotte De. She was the second youngest of the four children.
