Marina Von was born on December 13th, 1906 in Athens, Greece. Marina Von's father was Nicholas Von Glucksburg and her mother was Helene Romanov-Holstein-Gottorp. Her paternal grandparents were George I Von Glucksburg and Olga Romanov-Holstein-Gottorp; her maternal grandparents were Vladimir Romanov-Holstein-Gottorp and Maria Pavlovna Von Mecklenburg-Schwerin. She had two sisters named Olga Von and Elizabeth Von. She was the youngest of the three children. She died at the age of 61 on August 27th, 1968 in London, England.General Notes
