Thomas was born on July 15th, 1431 in Bryn And Kingsley, Cheshire, England. Thomas' father was Peter Gerard and his mother is Isabelle Strangeways. His paternal grandparents were John Gerard and Alice Le Botiller; his maternal grandparents are James Strangeways and Joan Orrell. He was an only child.
