Thomas was born on March 4th, 1591 in Dorchester, Dorsetshire, England. Thomas' father was Thomas Gardiner and his mother was Elizabeth White. His maternal grandparents were John White and Isabel Elizabeth Ball. He was an only child. He died at the age of 83 on December 29th, 1674 in Gardner Cemetery, Salem, Essex Co., MA.General Notes
