Charlotte+ was born in 1765 in Fayette Co., PA. Charlotte+'s father was Michael II Franks and her mother was Elizabeth+ Livengood. Her paternal grandfather was Michael I Franks and her paternal grandmother is Mary+ X; her maternal grandparents were Hans Jacob Liebengut and Ann Margaretha Schafer. She was an only child. She died at the age of 65 on June 8th, 1830.General Notes
