Charlotte Ansaldi Di was born in 1840. Charlotte Ansaldi Di's father was Guillaume Ansaldi Di Fossano and her mother was Bernardine Rodde. Her paternal grandfather was Jean Marie Felix Ansaldi Di Fossano and her paternal grandmother is Charlotte De Clerico; her maternal grandparents were Jean Rodde and Marie Rose Causse.
