Frances Folsom 
Frances was born about June 2nd, 1856 in Buffalo, NY. Frances' father was Oscar Folsom and her mother was Emma Cornelia Harmon. Her maternal grandparents were Elisha Harmon and Ruth Hayward Rogers. She was an only child. She died on October 29th, 1947 in Baltimore, Baltimore Co., MD.General Notes
