Benedikta was born about 1230. Benedikta's father was Sune Folkungaatten and her mother was Helena Sverkeratten. Her maternal grandfather was Sverker II+ Sverkeratten and her maternal grandmother is Benedikta+ Hvide. She was an only child. She died about 1261.General Notes
