Fulke II+ was born about 1146 in Whittington, Shropshire, England. Fulke II+'s father was Fulke I+ Fitzwarin. He was an only child. He died in 1197.General Notes

Fulke II+ and Hawise De+ were married in a religious ceremony about 1172. They had a son and a daughter, named Fulke III+ and Hawise+.
