William De+ was born about 1187 in Buckinghamshire, England. William De+'s father was Enguerrand I De+ Fiennes and his mother was Sibylle De+ Tingry. His paternal grandparents are Eustache II De+ Fiennes and Anne De+ Dreux; his maternal grandfather was Faramus De+ Boulogne and his maternal grandmother is Matilda+ X. He was an only child.
