Jean D'+ was born about 1298. Jean D'+'s father was Estoute D'+ Estouteville and his mother is Alix De+ Meullent. His paternal grandparents were Jean I D'+ Estouteville and Agnes De+ Chateaudun; his maternal grandfather is Amaury De+ Meullent and his maternal grandmother was Marguerite De+ Beaumont-Le-Roger.
