Sigismondo II D' was born about 1500. Sigismondo II D''s father was Ercole D' Este and his mother is Angiola Sforza. His paternal grandfather was Sigismondo D' Este; his maternal grandparents are Carlo Sforza and Bianca Simonetta. He was an only child. He died in 1579.General Notes
