Zara was born on February 6th, 1715 in Kingston, Ulster Co., NY. Zara's father was Cornelius Eltinge and her mother was Rebecca Van Meter. Her maternal grandparents were Joost Jansen Van Meteren and Sarah Dubois. She has two sisters named Sarah and Eleanor. She is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
