Constance De was born on August 19th, 1789. Constance De's father was Emmanuel De Croy and her mother was Adelaide De Croy. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph De Croy and Adelaide De Croy. She was an only child. She died at the age of 80 on December 2nd, 1869.-
