Charlotte Cook 
Charlotte was born on September 12th, 1773 in Tiverton. Charlotte's father was Isaac Cook and her mother was Lydia Grey. Her paternal grandparents are Thomas Cook and Philadelphia Cornell. She was an only child. She died at the age of 61 on March 23rd, 1835 in Tiverton.-
