Eleanor was born about 1485 in Burton, Yorkshire, England. Eleanor's father was Marmaduke Constable and her mother is Joyce Stafford. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Constable and Agnes Wentworth; her maternal grandparents were Humphrey+ Stafford and Eleanor+ Aylesbury. She had two brothers and a sister, named Robert, Marmaduke and Agnes. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died in 1525 in Berkeley Castle, Gloucestershire, England.
