James Josiah Connelly 
James Josiah was born on August 21st, 1783 in Ashe Co., NC. James Josiah's father was John+ Connelly and his mother was Sarah+ Wilson. His paternal grandfather was Henry+ Connelly and his paternal grandmother is Nm+ X. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Jesse Elijah, William Henry, Stephen Edmund, Thompson, John H., Joel Jackson+, Mary, Sarah C. and Nancy C.. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 86 on February 20th, 1870 in Clark Co., IL.General Notes
