Jean I De was born about 1288. Jean I De's father was Guy I De Nesle De Clermont and his mother is Marguerite De Thourotte. His paternal grandfather was Simon II De+ Clermont and his paternal grandmother is Alix De+ Montfort; his maternal grandparents are Ansoult De Thourotte and Jeanne D' Abbecourt. He had a brother and two sisters, named Raoul IV De, Peronne De and Mahaut De. He was the oldest of the four children. He died on May 25th, 1352.General Notes
