Pierre I De's father is Regnier III De Choiseul and his mother is Isabelle Von Sponheim-Salm. His paternal grandparents were Regnier II De Choiseul and Isabeau De Lor; his maternal grandparents were Wilhelm III Von Sponheim-Salm and Catherine De Prouvy. He was an only child. He died on January 13th, 1402. He was buried in Morimont.General Notes
