Jerzy Karol Chodkiewicz 
Jerzy Karol was born in 1646. Jerzy Karol's father was Hieronim Karol Chodkiewicz and his mother was Izabella Lacka. His paternal grandparents were Krzysztof Chodkiewicz and Elzbieta Kiszczanka. He was an only child. He died at the age of 45 in 1691.General Notes
