Erard Du was born about 1397. Erard Du's father was Renaud Du Chastelet and his mother is Jeanne De Chauffour. His paternal grandparents are Erard Du Chastelet and Odette De Chauvirey. He had a brother and a sister, named Philibert Du and Isabelle Du. He was the oldest of the three children. He died in 1459.General Notes
