Francis Charteris 
Francis was born on August 14th, 1796. Francis' father was Francis Charteris and his mother was Margaret Campbell. His paternal grandparents were Francis Charteris and Susan Keck; his maternal grandparents were Walter Campbell and Eleonora Kerr. He had a sister named Harriet. He was the older of the two children.
