William Cecil 
William was born in 1566 in Cambridgeshire, England. William's father was Thomas Cecil and his mother was Dorothy Neville. His paternal grandparents were William Cecil and Mary Cheke; his maternal grandparents were John Neville and Lucy Somerset. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Edward, Lucy, Elizabeth, Dorothy and Frances. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 74 on July 6th, 1640 in Exeter House, St. James Clerkenwell, England. He was buried on July 8th, 1640 in Henry VII Chapel, Westerminster Abbey, London, Middlesex, England.General Notes
