Brownlow Cecil 
Brownlow was born about 1701. Brownlow's father was John Cecil and his mother was Elizabeth Brownlow. His paternal grandfather was John Cecil and his paternal grandmother is Anne Cavendish. He was an only child. He died on November 3rd, 1754.General Notes
