Phoebe Carr

Phoebe was born in 1732. Phoebe's father was William Carr and her mother was Susanna Brooks. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Jr. Carr and Mary Dabney. She has two brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Charles Brooks, Ann, Susan, Sarah and Mary. She is the third oldest of the seven children. She has a half-brother named William.
