Maria Francesca was born on August 24th, 1753. Maria Francesca's father was Pier Nicola Carafa and her mother was Serafina Caracciolo. Her maternal grandparents were Ambrogio Caracciolo and Maria Francesca Afan De Rivera. She was an only child. She died at the age of 65 on August 7th, 1819.General Notes
