John Butler 
John was born about 1565 in Hatfield, Woodhall, Herefordshire, England. John's father was Henry Butler and his mother was Catherine Waller. His paternal grandparents were John Le Botiller and Grizel Roche. He was an only child. He died in 1637.General Notes
