Cicely was born about 1506 in Bewsey Hall, Warrington, Lancaster, England. Cicely's father was Thomas Le+ Botiller and her mother is Margaret+ Delves. Her paternal grandfather was John Le+ Botiller and her paternal grandmother is Margaret+ Stanley; her maternal grandparents are John+ Delves and Ellen+ Egerton. She had three sisters named Elizabeth, Margery and Isabel Le+. She was the youngest of the four children. She died in 1551.General Notes
