William De Bulmer

William De was born about 1143 in Brancepeth, Durham, England.  William De's father was Bertram De+ Bulmer and his mother is Emma+ Fossard.  His maternal grandfather was Robert+ Fossard and his maternal grandmother is Osceria Of+ Yorkshire. He had two brothers and a sister, named Aschetil De, Stephen De and Emma De+.  He was the second oldest of the four children.  He died in 1176.
