Notes on some show son Gilbert Basset with father Ralph Basset/Basset and wife Agnes Paynel and others show Robert de Taillebois as son of Ralph de Taillebois and Agnes Paynel. In all cases, however, this Agnes Paynel is shown as the dau. of Foulques/Fulk Paynel and Beatrix Fitzansculf de Picquigny (or Beatrix Fitzansculf)
