Richard was born on October 20th, 1612 in College of Youghal, Co. Cork, Ireland. Richard's father was Richard Boyle and his mother was Catherine Fenton. His maternal grandparents are Geoffrey Fenton and Alice Weston. He had a brother and two sisters, named Roger, Sarah and Joan. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 85 on January 13th, 1698. He was buried on February 3rd, 1698 in Londesborough, Yorkshire, England.General Notes
