Philiberte was born on February 18th, 1759 in Calais. Philiberte's father is Jean Charles Bouvet and her mother is Marie Gaspard Grimaud-Verneuil. Her maternal grandfather was Antoine Francois Grimaud and her maternal grandmother is Marie Suzanne Papet. She was an only child.
