Francisco De Paula De was born on March 10th, 1794 in Madrid, Spain. Francisco De Paula De's father was Carlo IV De Borbon and his mother was Maria Luisa Di Borbone. His paternal grandparents were Carlo III De Borbon and Maria Amalia Von Sachsen; his maternal grandparents were Filippo Di Borbone and Louise Elizabeth De Bourbon. He had a brother and three sisters, named Fernando VII De, Charlota Joaquina De, Maria Luisa De and Maria Isabel De. He was the youngest of the five children.
