Thomas' father was Henry Belasyse and his mother was Ursula Fairfax. His paternal grandfather was William Belasyse and his paternal grandmother is Margaret Fairfax; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Fairfax and Dorothy Gale. He had a sister named Dorothy. He died in 1633.General Notes
