Frances Charlotte was born about 1795. Frances Charlotte's father was Richard Bedingfield and her mother was Charlotte Jerningham. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Henry Bedingfield and Mary Brown; her maternal grandparents were William Jerningham and Frances Dillon. She was an only child.
