Magdalena was born on April 30th, 1771 in Northampton Co., PA. Magdalena's father was Paulus Baillet and her mother was Mary Magdalena Wotring. Her paternal grandparents are Stephen Baillet and Mary Katherina Schweitzer. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Jacob, Stephen, John, Nicholas, Paul, Maria Catharine, Susan and Eva. She is the youngest of the nine children.-
