Charles Leopold D' was born on April 1st, 1721. Charles Leopold D''s father was Leopold Philippe D' Arenberg and his mother was Maria Francesca Pignatelli. His paternal grandparents were Philippe D' Arenberg and Maria Enrichetta Del Carretto; his maternal grandparents were Nicolo Pignatelli and Marie D' Egmont. He was an only child.
