Mathieu De Freneuse D' was born on March 14th, 1657 in Quebec, Canada. Mathieu De Freneuse D''s father was Mathieu D' Amours and his mother was Marie Elizabeth Marsolet. His paternal grandparents are Louis D' Amours and Elizabeth Tessier. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Louis D', Rene D', Charles dit Louviere D', Joseph Nicolas D', Claude Louis D', Bernard Plaine-Freneuse D', Daniel D', Philippe De La Morandiere D', Elizabeth D', Madeleine D', Genevieve D', Marie Jacquette D' and Marguerite D'. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 39 in October 1696 in Riviere St. Jean, Acadia, Nova Scotia/Canada.General Notes
