Albreda was born about 1130 in Sprotborough, York, England.  Albreda's father was Robert de Lisours and her mother is Albreda de Lacy.  Her paternal grandparents are Fulk de Lisours and Aubrey; her maternal grandparents are Lord Robert de Lacy of Pontefract and Maud du Perche. She had a brother named de Lisours.  She was the older of the two children.  She died after 1200.
