King Vermundo ("the Deacon") de Leon I of Asturias & Galicia

Vermundo, known as "the Deacon", was born about 0750. "the Deacon"'s father was Count Fruela of Bardulia. His paternal grandparents are Duke Pedro of Cantabria and Hermesinde de Asturias. He was an only child. He died in 0797.
