Richard FitzJohn was born about 1197.  Richard FitzJohn's father was Sheriff John FitzRichard de Conarton of Cornwall and his mother is Alice de Cornwall.  His paternal grandfather was Richard Pincerna de Conarton.  He is an only child.

He has a biological daughter named Margaret.
