His paternal grandfather was Auberdon ("l'Enchanteur") and his paternal grandmother is Argotte of the Ostrogoths; his maternal grandfather is Hoplite Zénon L'issurien de Pannonie. He had two brothers and a sister, named Ansbert, Waudebert and Lucille Ferrolus. He died at the age of 43 in 0565.-
