Izates was born in 0005.  Izates' father was King Monobozos I of Adiabene and his mother was Helene of Adiabene.  His paternal grandfather is King Izates I of Adiabene; his maternal grandfather is King Izates I of Adiabene.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 55 in 0060.  He was buried in Jerusalem.
