Gonnor was born about 0936 in Normandy, France.  Gonnor's father is Herbastus de Crepon.  His paternal grandparents are GILBERT DE CREPON and MRS GILBERT DE CREPON. He had a brother and three sisters, named Herfast, Wevia (Duceline), Senfrie (Sanfrie) and Avelina (Aveline).  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died in 1031.1
