Elizabeth was born about 1400 in of Beverstone, Gloucestershire, England.  Elizabeth's father was John de Berkeley and her mother is Elizabeth Betteshorne.  Her maternal grandparents are John Betteshorne and Goda UNKNOWN. She had a brother and a sister, named Maurice and Alianore (Ellanora).  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died on December 17th, 1478.  She was buried in St. James Priory, Dudley, Staffordshire, England.
